#114 Improving Social Service Delivery

Paras Desai and Daniel Riff from the Mayor’s Innovation Delivery Team will talk about their work to improve the operations and reach of 6 Community Service Centers run by the Department of Family and Support Services. This will be a great opportunity for our open government community to learn about and provide feedback for improving an important City service.

The Mayor’s Innovation Delivery Team is funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies for the purposes of increasing City government efficiency. Their past projects include simplifying the licensing process for small businesses and facilitating the City’s energy retrofit project.
