#135 Civic User Testing Group
Daniel X. O’Neil of the Smart Chicago Collaborative will talk about the Civic User Testing Group, a set of regular Chicago residents who get paid to test out civic apps.
Dan and his colleagues will give a brief presentation about the impetus behind the program and cover its three essential components: UX testing, digital skills, and community engagement. They’ll also talk about how the Civic Tech community here in Chicago can get involved in this program which is being implemented all over the country.
Leadership Council Meeting #8
Will have our 8th open leadership discussion at 8pm after the group breakouts get started. This meeting is for anyone who is interested in being involved in running the hack night, taking on new projects, or doing training sessions.
If you’d like to bring up a topic, add it to the agenda.
