#300 The Hackies

Join us for the 300th episode of Chi Hack Night!

In honor of this momentous milestone, we’ll be recognizing a the many people, projects, partners, and presentations that make our community great. The evening will include the awarding of “the Hackies”, our new civic tech version of the Oscars! Vote here before Friday at midnight!

13 Hackies will be awarded in the categories of:

• Outstanding Chi Hack Night Project
• Person Making an Impact
• Outstanding Presentation
• Behind-the-Scenes Civic Hacker Hero
• Outstanding Partner Organization

Formal attire? We’ll be wearing awards-show attire — feel free to wear formal and/or fun clothing too! There will definitely be a red carpet.

Screen printing Not sure what to wear? We will have a screen printing station to make your very own Chi Hack Night swag! Bring a piece of clothing to screen print the Chi Hack Night logo onto! (100% cotton and darker colors for the best results)

Potluck This event is potluck-style! Please bring drinks, snacks, desserts, and/or celebration accessories. (Bringing champagne and sparkling cider is encouraged, in the spirit of the event!) We’ll provide empanadas, popcorn, and celebratory cookie cake.
