Angela Siefer is the Executive Director of the National Digital Inclusion Alliance. The health crisis has made access to home broadband and a computer, along with digital skills, even more of a necessity than it had been. She will discuss with us the barriers to digital equity and the solutions - both on the ground and needed policy changes.
